Foundation is a community of transformational leaders, innovative thinkers, and world changers in BEST fields: Business, Entrepreneurship, Science and Technology; committed to investing in a new generation of young African leaders and trailblazers who are shaping the continent’s future; while alleviating poverty (reducing hunger) in Africa. We provide cutting-edge ideas, tools, information, mentoring, and technological innovations to inspire, stimulate, spur, and spark the minds of the next generation of African leaders to be distinct and establish outstanding business and innovations that can compete globally. We build and strengthen the capacities needed to develop/implement sustainable solutions to better the lives of those we serve (Africans).

We are committed to building a prestigious network of over 100 million Young African Leaders and innovative thinkers who are rewriting the African story using Science and Technology; and inspiring the next generation of world changers who have shown usual accomplishment and exceptional courage; and already poised to have a direct impact on global society in relevant and dynamic topical areas.
We have directly empowered over 25,000 Nigerians to challenge themselves to think beyond the current scope and leverage their own talents to better the world around them. We are also; igniting, spurring, and sparking the minds of Africans towards crossing barriers and daring on to achieve outstanding feats in their various endeavours in life.
We have succeeded in making over 10 million Nigerians understand that country of residence does not change someone’s nature, thus; does not play as much role in success as discovering the talent within and matching it with the opportunities outside. This has helped them discover their own potential and prosper in an increasingly competitive global economy and open trading system, leverage their own talent to better their communities; while addressing power challenges in Nigeria, long-term unemployment, lack of marketable skills among youths, among other challenges hampering development in Africa.
Our Philosophy:
The poor lack sleep due to lack of basic amenities, the rich lack sleep because the poor are awake; but at Prince Technology and Community Development Foundation (Prince Tech. Foundation), we lack sleep because we are in search of sustainable and innovative solutions to address; Power challenge, water challenge, long – term unemployment, alleviate poverty and reduce hunger in Africa; and Yes, We Can! Because we have the persistence to do what it takes to achieve the results we seek.
Based on our strategic capability and core values, we have defined our mission statement in order to communicate to all our stakeholders “who we are and what we do”.
